Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko was born on January 28, 1987, and is also known as Adekunle Gold and AG Baby.After releasing the 2015 smash track "Sade," a highlife rendition of One Direction's "Story of My Life," he attracted a lot of attention.

He admitted in 2016 that he paid 450,000 naira for his first automobile, a 1999 Honda "Baby Boy" (Accord), from a friend who works as a vehicle salesman.
